2017年升大学大专助学金申请说明 Year 2017 Instructions for Application for Student Subsidy to University/College
1. 马来西亚菩提禅修慈善基金设立升大学大专助学金，目的是辅助家境清寒的学生继续求学。 Bodhi Meditation Malaysia Charity Fund has set up a subsidy with the purpose of helping underprivileged students to further their studies.
2. 资助对象需符合以下所有条件 Applicant shall fulfill all criteria below
a) 年龄为18岁到21岁的马来西亚公民。 Malaysian citizens aged 18 to 21 years old.
b) 家境清寒，品学兼优。 From underprivileged family with good academic performance.
c) 需拥有SPM大马教育文凭或成绩/STPM大马高级文凭或成绩/高中统考文凭或成绩。 Must have the certificate or exam result of SPM / STPM / Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)
d) 已经收到国内政府大学或指定的私立大专录取通知。 Received the Acceptance Letter/Notification from university or college listed in clause 10.
e) 报读的是大学或大专的全职课程。 Must have registered for full-time courses.
g) 需经过家访审核或面试审核。 Home visit and/or interview with the applicant will be carried out.
3. 申请方式 The Application Method
请向马来西亚菩提禅修各禅堂索取《2017年升大学大专助学金申请表格》，填妥并附上所需提供的资料，提交至菩提禅堂的专项负责人。 Those are interested, can collect “Year 2017 Application Form for Student Subsidy to University/College“ from all Bodhi Meditation Centres. Complete the from and submit it together with all your supporting documents to the person in charge of this project at the centre.
4. 申请日期 Applicant Period：
即日起至本年6月30日 With immediate effect till 30th June 2017
